Patricia (Trish) Crooker
Passed away peacefully in the presence of family on December 11, 2018 at 71 years of age. Reunited with her beloved husband Ronald (2010). Loving mom of Scott (Kathleen) and Blair (Kate). Grandma to Sorcha (James), Drew, Emma, Shay, Sean and Jack. Daughter of the late William and Grace Smyth. Dear sister of Dave (Noella), Heather Georgiou (George) and sister-in-law of Charlene Tamai (Dino) and Georgia Bulmer (Bob). Will be missed by nieces and nephews. Formerly employed with Sears Canada and retired from Quality Safety Systems (QSS) after many years of service. Special thanks to the staff of Huron Lodge for their compassionate care and to Kelly for her loving companionship. If you so desire, donations to the Alzheimer Society (local chapter) would be appreciated. Cremation was held. Visitation Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Memorial Service Saturday 11:30 a.m. at FAMILIES FIRST, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor, 519-969-5841.
