Mildred Constance Eastman was born in Bosanquet Township and with family by her side, she entered into the presence of her Lord and Saviour at the North Lambton Lodge in Forest on Saturday, May 12, 2018 in her 92nd year. Mildred joins her beloved husband Arnold (2012)and son Kenneth (1965).
Mildred is loved and will be deeply missed by all those whose heart she touched. Mildred’s greatest pride was her children, Ron (Diane) Eastman, Roger (Nancy) Eastman, Connie (Randy Holbrook) and Carol (John Brown), grandchildren, Jason (Julia), Kevin, Danielle, Kristen (Graham), Kimberly, Ryan, Travis, Cody and Christie and great grandchildren Spencer, Logan and Talia. Survived by siblings Lawrence (Grace), Marjorie, Wilfrid (Connie). Dearly missed sister in law to Dorothy, Anne, Arthur (Doris), Bill (Vi), Bernice. Predeceased brother Ron and an infant sister.
Join the family in celebrating and remembering the life of Mildred during a visitation taking place on Thursday, May 17th from 5pm-8pm at Gilpin Funeral Chapel in Forest and Friday, May 18th at Elim Bible Chapel in Arkona from 1pm-2pm followed by a service at 2pm with Pastor Jonathan Ferrier officiating. The committal will be held at the Arkona Cemetery with a reception to follow.
A special thank you for the care and compassion to the staff at North Lambton Lodge that has been shown to Mildred and the entire family during the past 6 years.
