After a two year battle with cancer Mike died peacefully at North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday, January 22, 2018 at age 49. He was the beloved son of Verlie A. (Metcalfe) and Robert L. Toman of Restoule, and brother of Steven of Red Lake, ON. Mike is survived by his wife Leah J. (Stillar), step-daughter Lauren Stillar, and he was “Papa” to Koen, all of Nipissing. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the Restoule Legion on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 1 to 4 pm with a brief Celebration of Life Service at 2 pm.   1. To the Toman family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Mike. We only had a few years of being neighbours but I always remember the huge smile and laughter I received whenever we met. He was always caring and interested in what the family was up to. I have told Tim and Chris also as they had more contact with him during those years. You are all in my prayers , Marg Goodchild
