Larivière, Mathew Colin Joseph (Matt) (1976-2018) – Passed away in Garden Villiage, on Monday March 19th 2018 at the age of 41.
Beloved partner of Micheline Bouchard. Loving father of Colin Larivière, step-father to Nicholas, Miguel and Sébastien. Survived by his mother Carolyn Larivière (McCormick) predeceased by his father Archie Larivière. Also survived by his brother Shawn (Annousone) and sister Tammy (Bernard). Loving uncle to Keesha (Burk, Maiingan), Nakita (Mike, Waaseyaa) and Shemia. He will be missed by his grandmother Mildred McCormick (nee Galbraith) and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Mathew was first and foremost a family man, who loved to tell jokes and tease to make everyone around him laugh. He was also a contractor whose specialty was carpentry, loved working with his hands. Mathew had a passion for fishing and hunting. He will truly be missed by everyone!
Family are receiving friends on Monday March 26th 2018 at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd., North Bay ON. from 10am until 12 noon, with a “Celebration of Life” to follow. The reception will be held at the Nipissing Band Office, 36 Semo Road, Garden Villiage ON, from 1:00 until 2:30pm.
