Obituary for Mary Ann Ellis
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mary Ann Ellis on December 1, 2018 in her 77th year. She will be missed dearly by the many people whose lives she has touched, young and old.
Mary Ann (nee Berberich) of Walkerton, wife of the late Jerry Ellis (1998). Daughter of the late Virginia (Becker) and Magnus Berberich of Walkerton. Mother of Mark, Guy (Susan), Bill (Judy), Mary Jane, and Natasha Finoro (Brian). Grandmother to Jason, Simon (Courtney) and Kayla Ellis; Nicole and Jason Ellis; Britney (Chris Robinson) and Brooke Ellis; Jeremy, Luke, Rachel and Charlotte Finoro. Great Grandmother to Brianne Ellis, Holden Robinson and Tyson Ellis.
She was a dear sister of Angie and John Miltenberg of Lucknow, Cathy and Richard Vandierendonck of London and Allen and Jane Berberich of PEI, sister-in-law, aunt, and cousin, as part of a large, loving family.
Mary Ann worked for 25 years at the Homewood Health Centre before her retirement in 2005. She was an avid Storm fan and spent many hours in the company of friends, scrapbooking, organizing outings or browsing through thrift shops. Her home was a welcoming gathering place to all over the years

The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 1099 Gordon St, Guelph, on Wednesday, December5, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Church, 175 Emma St, Guelph, on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 10:30 am.
