It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Maria Galati on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Humber River Hospital, at the age of 86. Loving and devoted wife of Gaspare for 65 years. Beloved mother of Salvatore (Leslee), Pasquale (Lillian) and Anna (Cosimo) Lodeserto. Cherished Nonna of Amanda (David), Elizabeth, Stephen, Samantha, Thomas, Daniel and Andrew. Maria will be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Ave., Toronto (north of Rexdale Blvd.), on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 6 to 9 p.m and Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at TRANSFIGURATION OF OUR LORD CHURCH, 45 Ludstone Dr., Toronto, on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment: Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.
