Mabel Edith Johnson(nee McComas) passed away at the Herb Bassett Home in Prince Albert , SK on December 7, 2018, at the age of 84 years. Mabel was born in Spiritwood, SK , September 3, 1934 to Elzzie and Margaret McComas. Mabel will be lovingly remembered by her Daughter: Sandra (Hilliard) Mirasty of Little Red Reserve , her Son’s: Dale (Ellen) Johnson of Port Douglas, Australia , and James (Wendy) Kosowan of Shellbrook , a special son: Percy Smith of Montreal Lake , as well a very special friend Josephine Fiddler of Prince Albert. Her Grandchildren: Rosie McLeod-Shannon, Dwight Hintz, Chad Hintz, Lorianne Johnston, Rhonda Roberts, Tammy Robert, Mary Bear, and Amanda Mirasty, 22 Great Grandchildren, Fourteen Great-Great Grandchildren. Mabel was predeceased by her Husband: Ernie Cecil Johnson, her Mother : Margaret McComas (nee Castle), her Father: Elzzie McComas, her Brothers George (Salonge) McComas, Lawrence McComas, her In-laws: James and Pauline Johnson of Buxton, England, her Grandson Jayce Johnson, her Granddaughter: Shari Robert (Mirasty) as well as Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins. Service for Mabel will be December 11th, 2018 at 2:00pm at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel located at 130 9th St East Prince Albert, SK. A Private Family interment will follow at a later date.
