Lyman Charles Harrigan
1927- 2018
Lyman Charles Harrigan, husband of Margaret (Regan) Harrigan of Semiwagan Ridge – Barnaby River, NB, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Thursday December 27, 2018 at the age of 91.
Born in Chelmsford, NB, Lyman was the son of the late Ambrose and Mary (Colepaugh) Harrigan.
Lyman was retired from the NB Department of Transportation.
He was also a 3rd and 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
Besides his loving wife Margaret, Lyman is survived by two sisters-in-law: Josephine Harrigan of Nelson-Miramichi and Leona Harrigan of Moncton, NB, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Lyman is predeceased by one sister: Nora Newcomb; five brothers: Herman, Gerald, Raymond, Leo and Basil.
Visitation will be held at the Most Pure Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room in Barnaby River NB, on Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Most Pure Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, Barnaby River, NB on Monday December 31, 2018 at 11 AM with Father Arnie Hachey officiating.
Burial will take place in the Most Pure Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Barnaby River, NB, later in the spring.
As expressions of sympathy, in Lyman’s memory, donations may be made to Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
Please note: 4th Degree Knights of Columbus are asked to assemble at the church Sunday evening at 6:30 PM to form Honor Guard at visitation.
They are also asked to meet at the church on Monday morning at 10:30 AM. to form Honor Guard at Funeral.
