Passed away peacefully at the West End Villa at the age of 83. Beloved wife of 61 years to Buster (Eldon). Loving mother to Lorena-Del Nystedt (Scott) and Mark Lewis; proud grandmother to Bri-Ann Nystedt, Morgan Lewis, Adrianna Nystedt, Kaleigh-Ann Nystedt and Mackenzie Lewis. Survived by brother Donald Scobie (Doris) and sister Adele Blais (Pat). Special aunt to many wonderful nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Maurice and Winfred Scobie and brother Roy Scobie. Also remembered by many life long friends. Family, friends and others whose lives Lyla-May touched are invited to meet with the family at the

on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County.
