1922-2018
Lucienne Brissette passed away peacefully at the Golden Manor on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at the age of 96 years. Predeceased by her husband Hervey Brissette (1997). She leaves behind her loving children; Armand Brissette (Betty), Gilbert Brissette (Lucille), Lorraine Villeneuve (John), Diane Hannah (Marcelin), Carmen Frigon (Paul) and Michel Brissette. She cherished her 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She leaves her brother Roger Caron. Also predeceased are her parents, her brothers and sisters and her 2 grandchildren. The family would like to thank the all the nurses at the Golden Manor on East 2 as well as the Cleaning and Kitchen Staff for their excellent care.
Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, May 18, 2018 from the St. Joseph Church. Interment at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery will follow. Remembrance donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday May 17, 2018 at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins.
