Kathleen Downie (nee Deegan)
It is with great sorrow, but sweet memories, that we announce the peaceful passing of Kathleen Downie on Thursday September 20, 2018.
Cherished Wife and best friend to Alister for 50 wonderful years. Loving Mother to Fiona (Matthew) and Jennifer (Joe). Cherished Grandma to Jack, Devon, Evan and Alexander. Kathleen will be sadly missed by many family and friends. She will be especially missed by her sisters Patricia and Ellen and brother William. Predeceased by sister Isobel and brother Alan.
The family wishes to extend our gratitude and thanks to all the wonderful staff and volunteers at the Margaret Bahen Hospice. Your kindness will never be forgotten. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Margaret Bahen Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
