Obituary of Julie Piché
Piché, Julie (née Dujardin)
After a four-year battle with pancreatic cancer at St. Joseph’s Hospice on December 24th, 2018 Julie Piché at the age of 49. Dear wife of Stephen Piché for 23 years. Proud mother to Melanie age 20, Alyssa age 18, and Chantal age 14. Loving daughter to Frank and Hilda Dujardin, sister to Susan (Jason) Trimble and Nicole (Brad) Niblett, daughter-in-law to Jackie and Paul Piché, sister-in-law to Mike (Marthe) Piché, Louise (Jeff) Crampton, Marybeth (Tim) Ellis, and Dan (Sue) Piché. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Julie was a French Immersion teacher with the Thames Valley District School Board and previously with the Middle County Board of Education for over 20 years.
Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, on Thursday, January 3rd, from 2-4 and 7-9 o’clock. Funeral Mass will be held at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, 1980 Trafalgar Street, on Friday morning at 11 o’clock. Cremation has taken place. Interment in St. Peter’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice or the London Regional Cancer Program c/o LHSF would be appreciated. Also Julie was passionate for Pints for Piché, a group of friends which has been donating blood regularly in honour of Julie. Please remember to give the gift of life.
