Obituary of John Rennie
Peacefully surrounded by the love of his family, at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Thursday afternoon, November 29th, 2018. John Crosby Hyde Rennie, of Owen Sound and formerly of Shakespeare and Stratford, at the age of 83 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Evelyn Rennie (nee Malcho) for 53 years. Loving father of Jean Rennie and her partner, Blake Redmond, Jim Rennie and Nancy Mandeno and her husband, Jeff, all of Owen Sound. Proud grandfather of Drew, Nick and Nadia. Dear brother-in-law of David Malcho and John Malcho (Shirley), both of Stratford. John will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews and his faithful canine friend, Kayla. Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Mayne Rennie; his parents-in-law, Earl and Marie Malcho; his in-laws, Jeannie, Jimmy and Martha Malcho and Margaret Golder (Bill); his niece, Marnie-Marie Golder.

WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Wednesday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for John Rennie will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, December 6th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Grey Bruce Animal Shelter or the Heart and Stroke Foundation as an expression of sympathy.
