Obituary of Jean MacDonald
Peacefully with her family by her side, at Lee Manor in Owen Sound, on Tuesday morning, December 11th, 2018. Robina Jean MacDonald (nee McLelland), of Owen Sound and formerly of Tara, at the age of 84 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Earl MacDonald. Loving mother of Douglas MacDonald (Marion), Donald MacDonald (Joanne) Jeannette Thompson (Dennis) and mother-in-law of Glen Lemon. Proud grandmother of Adam Gunson (Jenn Harnden), Vanessa Patterson (Steve), Sharleen MacDonald (David Wilson), Kristen Misch (Tanner), Jamie MacDonald, Danielle DeBoer (Laurens), Nicole Harron (Kyle), John MacDonald (Kim), William MacDonald (Katie Tanner), Amy Morrissey (Luke), Katie Dean (Graham) and great-grandmother of 21 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Gordon and Gladys McLelland; her daughter, Marilyn Lemon; her granddaughter, Michelle Vokes; her great-grandson, Tyler Vokes; her sister, Ruth Nickason (Neil); her brother, Keith McLelland (Eleanor).

WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Jean MacDonald will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, December 17th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Lyn Workman officiating. Interment in Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Grey Bruce Animal Shelter or the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation as an expression of sympathy.
