MISS JANET BARBARA JONES
formerly of Pen Owl Farm, Sundridge
Peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Tuesday October 30, 2018 at the age of 79.
Janet Jones was born in England on February 23, 1939 to Edna and William Jones. She was the youngest of 6 daughters and was predeceased by her 5 sisters: Barbara, Betty, Patricia, Celia and Anne.
Janet immigrated to Canada in 1967 and retired in Sundridge at Pen Owl Farm.
Janet will be missed and loved by all of her family and friends.
Family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home – Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street in Sundridge on Saturday November 10, 2018 from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M.
A service to celebrate the life of the late Janet Jones will follow in the chapel at 1:00 P.M. with Father Emmanuel Okpataku officiating.
Interment at the Chapman Cemetery in Magnetawan.
If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimers Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
