Obituary of Jan ‘John’ Kruis
Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Thursday January 11, 2018. Jan Willem Kruis of Brockville age 91 years. Beloved husband of Rita (Balsink) Kruis. Dear father of John Kruis (Debi). Cherished Opa of Samantha Kruis (Janice Munro) and Robert Kruis. Predeceased by his parents Johannes and Willemina (Hardonk) Kruis and his daughter Daphne Kruis.
Family and friends are invited to the Celebration of John’s life to be held at St. Lawrence Lodge, 1803 County Road 2 East, Brockville, on Thursday January 18, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery at a later date. In memory of John, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Leeds and Grenville Humane Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
