James “Jim” Patrick Wade, of Kincardine, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Kincardine, on Monday, June 25, 2018 in his 74th year.
Beloved husband of the late Darlene Hilliard (2018).
Loving father of John Wade (Jen Rose) of Waterloo, James Wade Jr. (Suzanne Jacques) of Kitchener and Sharon Wade of Whitehorse, Yukon Territory.
Dear grandfather of Cecile Trottier.
Missed by brother of Kevin (Karen) Wade of Goderich and sister-in-law Nancy Wade of Atco, New Jersey.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by his brothers Fred Wade, John Wade, Gerald Wade, former spouse Cecilia Wade (née Downey), parents Gerald & Catherine Wade
Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Thursday, June 28th, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. with Royal Canadian Legion service to be held at 6:30 p.m. and Vigil prayers at 8:45 p.m.. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated from St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Kincardine, on Friday, June 29th at 11:00 a.m., with Father Thomas Manninezhath officiating.
Interment, Kincardine Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Cystic Fibrosis Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expression of sympathy.
