In Loving Memory
The family announces with heavy hearts the passing of James Alfred William Mawdsley age 56 of Amherst on December 11, 2018 with family by his side, at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan.
Born in Amherst, he was the son of the late James and Phyllis (Pettigrew) Mawdsley.
James worked several years at Zellers and Save Easy. He loved hanging out with family and friends and he loved horses, Puzzles and wrestling.
James will be missed by his sisters, Lynda (David P.) Hicks, Sharren (Charlie) Caron, Margaret (Kenneth)
Pettigrew; brother Terry (Jeanette) Mawdsley and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Following James’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St. Amherst, 902-667-9906.
Donations may be made in James’s memory to the Cumberland Cancer Assistance Fund.
