ROBERTSON, James Albert
Age 72, of Bedford, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 11, 2018 with his loving family by his side. Born in Prince Edward Island, he was a son of the late Elmer and Helen Robertson (Hurry). He came to Nova Scotia when he was 19 and made a life as an entrepreneur. He owned his own successful plumbing business until his retirement in 2010. Jim enjoyed the outdoors and being with his family, especially trips home to PEI. He is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Marilyn Robertson; loving children, Dennis, Derrick (Shawn) and Darlene (Donny Smith); cherished grandchildren, Sidney, Alex and Luke; dear brothers and sisters in PEI; many nieces, nephews and extended family. In accordance with Jim’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held in Ashburn Golf Club, 3250 Joseph Howe Drive, Halifax on Thursday, November 15 from 3-5 p.m. Donations in memory of Jim to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
