Jack Chapman
1976-2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Jack Elmore Chapman of
Terrace, BC, announce his unexpected death on June 4, 2018.
Jack was born in Bath, NB, on December 6, 1976. He was the son of
Harry Chapman of Kilburn, NB, and Rachel Klingler (Don) of Beechwood,
NB. Beside his parents, Jack leaves behind his wife, Tammy Chapman
(Lavoie); his children, Jolean Chapman, Ivan Chapman, and Harry
Chapman, all of Terrace, BC; his sisters, Mary Doherty (Jeff) of
Perth-Andover, NB, Krissy Bourgonje of Gimli, MB, Debora Chapman
(Matt) of Vancouver, BC, and Ally Chapman of Kilburn, NB; his chosen
grandfather, James Giberson of Beechwood, NB; and with several nieces
and nephews.
Jack was predeceased by his daughter, Cory Chapman; his paternal
grandparents, Elmore and Meriam Chapman; and his maternal
grandparents, Johnny and Ella Miskinen.
Funeral arrangements will be announced in the upcoming days.
