Obituary of Ina Stoddart
Stoddart, Ina Roberta – 77 of Digby, passed away December 19, 2018 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born May 12, 1941, in Bridgetown, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Lizzie (Everett) Chute. Ina loved her family, they were the most important thing in her life. She was always especially happy to see her grandchildren and great grandchildren arrive. Ina is survived by her husband of 58 years, Gerald; sons, Conrad (Joy) Chute, Parkers Cove, Vaughan (Melinda) Stoddart, Kentville, Trevor (Tammy) Stoddart, Enfield; daughters, Emma (Mark) Gallant, Digby, Chevelle Cleveland, Lower Sackville; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; siblings, Lydon (Elaine) Chute, Ontario, Curtis (Peggy) Chute, Clementsvale, Clarence (Theresa) Chute, Hillsburn, Anna (Allan) Kaye, Hillsburn; brother-in-law, Rodney Weir; sister-in-law, Louise Potter. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sisters, Rita and Marion; two grandchildren. A funeral service for Ina will held at 2pm Saturday, December 22, 2018, at the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal with Rev. Herb Townsend officiating. Burial will follow in Clementsvale Cemetery, Clementsvale. Donations in Ina’s memory may be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
