Obituary of Ian Maguire
Maguire, Ian James
Passed away surrounded by his caring family and friends, on Sunday, April 22nd, 2018 in his 55th year. Cherished son of William and Marina Maguire. Dear brother of Darrell (Laura), Dawn (Jonathan) Mau, and Kelli Maquire (Sean). He will also be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, other family members and friends, and the staff and residents of the Participation House. Ian’s family would like to thank the staff at the Participation House for 33 years of wonderful care and support. Also, thank you to Dr. R. Male, and the staff in the CCU at the BGH, and remembering the care provided to Ian by the late Dr. R. Eddy. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Saturday, April 28th, 2018 from 3 – 5 p.m. and at the Queensway Baptist Church, 211 St George St. on Sunday, April 29th from 1 – 2 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to Participation House Brantford would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Ian in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
