Lines, Hazel Evelyn (nee Baker) – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hazel, on the 1st of October 2018 in her 91st year. Predeceased by her loving husband and best friend of 65 years, Gerald. Beloved mother of Linda and Patricia (Patrick Moore). Much loved grandmother to Jason (Kim) and Melissa. Cherished great greatmother to Hailey, Kyla, Courtney and PJ. She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. Friends and family are invited to visit at the Kemptville Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 805 Prescott Street, Kemptville on Wednesday, October 3 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at the North Gower United Church, 2332 Church Street, North Gower on Thursday, October 4 at 11 a.m. Donations may be made to the North Gower United Church, North Gower and District Outreach Foodbank or the Canadian Cancer Society.
