Peacefully entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital Garden St. Site on Thursday December 20th, 2018. Harold McMullen of Brockville, age 88 years. Beloved husband, for over 64 years, of Martha (Robinson) McMullen. Loving father of Carol Skelton (Peter) of Kingston and Sherry McMullen (Jeno Cedlegi) of Brockville. Proud grandfather of Heather (Dr. Jonathan Wong) and Craig Skelton (Kristen Irish) and Rebecca (Leigh Burrows), Fraser and Sarah Dawdy (Keith Caruso); and great grandfather of Robin, Nathan and Evelyn. Predeceased by parents Velton and Mary (Pickens) McMullen, son-in-law Blake Dawdy, and Brothers Gordon, Archie, Clarence and Elmer McMullen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Chapel on Monday December 24th, 2018 at 11a.m. Interment at St. Andrew’s Cemetery, Garretton. In memory of Harold donations to the St. John’s United Church, The Kidney Foundation or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
