Gerard Ladislas Forget
Forget, Gerard Ladislas – Peacefully with his family by his side at Temiskaming Hospital on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, Gérard Ladislas Forget of Haileybury passed away at the age of 86. He is predeceased by his parents Loving husband of the late Thérèse Forget (née Venne). Beloved father of André (Debbie) Forget, Lethbridge, Alberta; Raymond (Joan) Forget, Red Deer, Alberta; Carol Forget (Paul Godin), Ottawa, Ontario and Denise Forget, Haileybury, Ontario. Survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, 2 sisters and life partner Garcia Dupuis. He is predeceased by his parents Raoul Forget and Aline Forget. Cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium. Friends will be received at BUFFAM LEVEILLE FUNERAL HOME 705-672-3122 on Saturday, December 1st from 10:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 am with Fr. Marcel Bruneau officiating. Inurnment will take place in Haileybury Catholic Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to a the Kidney Foundation of Canada or charity of your choice.
