Fraser was one of a kind he had character and he had a way of communicating with his loved ones, always on the topic of family unity, as a young boy he grew up in Duck Bay where he loved hunting, family time and outings especially the rodeo he attended yearly with his late uncle Tommy, Fraser was always grateful for the people who looked out for him, including his parents and siblings also the ones who helped raised him in Duck Bay. His friends that he gave loyalty to as he was a true friend to his brotherhood. Many will miss Fraser dearly, his presence alone filled a room with laughter and joy, where ever he may have went in his daily routines. We kindly share our appreciation for those who have the family in their thoughts and prayers during this time of loss and great sorrow.
Now we lay you down to rest, wherever it is maybe we wish you all the best. We looked out for one another like you were our only brother. We seen time pass, not knowing all the good times we had wouldn’t last.
If only you would of heard the words I had to say maybe you would be with us for another day. We shared a bond that no one can ever break, I wish this was all a dream I really wish this was fake. I cried myself to sleep, I didn’t get to tell you my love for you was really deep, you ended your pain. You ended your fear. I hope to see you in the clouds above. I hope you can hear our words of love.
Now rest easy and fly high we shall meet again brother but for now all I have left to say is goodbye.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Fraser Xavier Alfred Chartrand February 9 1997 February 14 2018 (age 21).source
