It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Mr. Francis Duncan Patterson on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at the age of 84 years.
He will always be lovingly remembered by his spouse of 47 years, Blenda; children, Everett (Claire), Emma (Anthony) Maurice, and Darren; eight grandchildren, Miquela, Lyam, Emma, Brianna, Lauren, Elysia, Nicholas and Morgan; sisters, Vera Patterson, Velma White, Dora White, Donna (Carter) Roberts; as well as relatives and friends.
Francis was predeceased by his parents, Bernice and Richard; son, Emery; brothers, Alpheus (Happy), Harris (Thérèse) and Elias; sister, Ivy; and two brothers in law, as well as relative and friends.
Keeping with Francis’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
Francis will be laid to rest in Gaspé, PQ at a later date.
