Obituary for Mrs. Frances Margaret Noad
Mrs. Frances Noad (nee: Craig) of High River, Alberta was born in Bowden, Alberta on November 12, 1922 and went to her heavenly home on October 24, 2018 at the High River Hospital at the age of 95 years.
Frances is survived by her loving family; Clair (Jan) Noad, Vicky (Ken) Wazynick, Gail Noad, Ellen d’Argent and Pat Noad; 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; sisters-in-law Rosemary Silver, Iris Craig, Doris Noad as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by her loving husband Ed Noad; son Larry Noad and son-in-law Philippe d’Argent; parents Sinclair and Mary Craig; sister Beatrice Campbell and her husband Lawrence; brothers Jim Craig, Elmer Craig and twin brother Frank Craig.
Frances lived life to the fullest with deep love for all her family and thoroughly enjoyed music and a good laugh. Frances was a hardworking, farm lady who loved the animals and had the talent of accomplishing any task. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping and horseback riding. Her focus was making joy for others and lending a helping hand.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Children’s Hospital (2888 Shaganappi Trail, Calgary, Ab, T3B 6A8), the Alzheimer Society of Alberta & NWT – www.alzheimer.ca or the charity of the donor’s choice.
