Peacefully on October 30, 2018 at the Portage District General Hospital, Eugene started his journey to the Spirit World at the age of 54 years.
Eugene was born October 17, 1964 in Sandy Bay, MB. He worked most of his life doing farm work and at the recycling plant and various other jobs.
Eugene attended school in Sandy Bay and finished his grade 12. He graduated HOOPS, a diabetic program to offer peer support to newly diagnosed members of the community.
Eugene touched the lives of many people around him and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.
He will be sadly missed by family and friends and those who knew and loved him.
Eugene was predeceased by his parents Rupert and Mildred Roulette; brothers Curtis Roulette and Robert Roulette; grandparents Clifford Beaulieu (Christina), Mabel Richard (William George) and Margaret Roulette (Leonard); nephew Victor Roulette Jr.; nieces Jennifer Lee Roulette and Janice Spence; godparents Catherine Roulette, and Walter Mousseau .
He leaves to mourn his sons Lawrence, Frank, Hank and Robert; daughter Holly; five grandchildren Eljay, Lorenz, Lawrence, Laius and Liza; siblings Elaine (Dennis), Darlene (Harry), Bonny, Marlene, Timothy (Thelma), Carlos (Charlene), Victor (Nancy) and Serena (Kevin).
