Ernie is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by many people, especially his wife of 55 years, Maureen (nee Dunnigan) and five children, Mike (Cheryl), Laura (Scott) Rodgers, Tom (Colleen), Sharon (Gerald) Van Brabant and Mary (Geoff) Clinton; as well as 21 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind one brother, Emile (Suzanne) and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Donat and Delia Labby; brother, Norm (Carole) and sister, Lorana (Victor) Garon.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 8th, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 200 Boundary Road, Spruce Grove.
The family expresses heartfelt thanks to Dr. Zalasky for the great comfort he brought Ernie.
