Baniulis, Erna Hildegard (nee Albrecht)
Peacefully at the Lord Dufferin Centre Orangeville, Ontario on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of George Baniulis (1984). Dear mother of Ingrid Abendroth (2014) (Herman) and Donna Holwell (2016) David. Cherished grandmother of Paul (Tammy), Robert (Debbie), Richard (Louise), Nathan and Elyse. Loving great-grandmother of Sherry, Mandy, Hannah, Emma, Erich. Erna will also be greatly missed by her relatives, friends and her family at the Lord Dufferin Centre.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 42 Dawson Rd., Orangeville, on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow Mass at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Mono – Reception to follow Interment at the Lord Dufferin Centre, Orangeville. Memorial donations to Headwaters Health Care Foundation (Lord Dufferin Centre – Helping Hands Caring Hearts – Keeping Cancer Care Closer to Home) would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Erna in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
