Elizabeth “Grace” Fleming
December 22, 1928 – November 30, 2018

Passed away peacefully on Friday, November 30, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband John; parents Alphonsus and Elizabeth Ryan and brother Hubert Dinn. Leaving to mourn sons Paul (Kim), Windsor Junction, N.S., David (Evelyn), Mount Pearl, Brian, Mount Carmel, Sean (Carolann), St. John’s; brother Pat (Angela) Ryan, Stephenville; grandchildren Michelle (Tom) Collins, Beaumont, A.B., David Fleming, Mount Pearl, Alexander Fleming and Mark Fleming, St. John’s and great grandchildren Theron and Daphne Collins, Beaumont, A.B. Grace grew up in Mount Carmel, married and raised her family in St. John’s, Marystown and Placentia before spending her retirement with Brian in Mount Carmel. The Family express appreciation to the staff at Meadow Creek Retirement Centre in Paradise where she resided for the last 2 years. At Grace’s request cremation has taken place and a private family service has been held, with inurnment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
