Davis Edward L. (Ted)
April 16, 1926 – December 13, 2018
Our much-loved husband, dad, grandpa and great grandpa, Ted Davis, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 13, 2018 after a brief illness. Ted will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Emy, and their children Ted, Donna, and Mary. He was predeceased by his son Terry and beautiful granddaughter Ashley.
Our father’s dedication to his family was a wonderful example of a role model to all. His love was unconditional. Dad’s happiest moments, in later years, were the numerous visits of his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
We want to mention our thanks to all the wonderful neighbors throughout the 68 years in Strathearn. Mom and Dad were able to live proudly and independently in their own home on 90th Street until a month ago with neighborly kindness extended back upon them.
Dad served on the Edmonton Fire Department for 35 years and was a veteran of WWII. Our amazing husband and father will live in our hearts and memories forever.
A private family service will be held.
