It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edward Hynes announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Friday, September 7th, 2018 at the age of 65 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife, Bertha, one son Shawn (Della) of West Bay Centre, one daughter Sharleen of West Bay Centre, mother Eunice White of Stephenville, five brothers: Randy (Tracey) of Ontario, Kenneth (Juanita) of Three Rock Cove, Ivan (Kim) of Ontario, Dillon (Karen) of Ontario, Jerry (Ann) March of Ontario, two sisters: Ramona (Brad) Forsyth of Ontario, Anne Hynes of Ontario, four grandchildren : Matthew Cormier, Shonda Hynes, Georgia Hinks, Marcus Hynes and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Gordon, brothers Gordon Jr. and Larry. Visitation will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church on Sunday, September 9th, 2018 from 4 -9 pm with Rosary at 7pm and Monday, September 10th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with Wake Service at 7pm.Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, September 11th, 2018 at 10:30 am with interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery on Tea Cove Road, West Bay.
