Obituary for
Doreen Marie Emma Gosselin (Pelletier)
Passed peacefully, after a brave battle with cancer, on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the age of 83. She was the beloved wife and partner of the late Réal Gosselin and dear sister of Joy Brown (the late John Brown).
She was a loving and devoted mother to Daniel (Caroline Nutty) and Diane (Steve Lamarche).
A cherished grandmother to Stéphane, Robert (Lyndsay Wadge) and Nicholas Cousineau; Geneviève and Mathieu Gosselin.
She will be greatly missed by her sisters & brothers-in-law, many nieces, nephews and cousins, and fondly remembered by her bingo buddies.
Funeral Service will be held at St. Gabriel church, 55 Appleford Street, Ottawa, on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 11:00 am, followed by a reception in the church hall.
In lieu of flowers and as an expression of sympathy, a donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Bruyère Hospital Foundation.
Special thanks for the loving support and affection of the incredible staff from the Bearbrook Retirement Residence, the palliative team from Bruyère, the Bayshore visiting nurses and the PSWs from Carefor Health Services.
