1937-2018
oran Weagle Passed away peacefully the morning of September
10, 2018 at Queen’s General Hospital at the age of 81. He
was the son of Earl and Evelyn (Frausel) Weagle. Doran is survived by
sons David (Elizabeth) and Don (Wendy); daughters Susan Lyons and
Sharon (Daren) Mailman; grandchildren Tammy (David) Crouse , Joe
(Amanda), Candise (Adam) Cook, Graeme, Scott, Craig;
great-grandchildren Dustin, Cameron, Jared, Brody, Brooke and Tyson;
nephew Wayne Wentzell; mother of his children Jean (Mansfield) Crouse
and special friend Jean Holmes. He was predeceased by his parents and
his sisters Doris Wentzell and Margery Weagle. He was born in
Bridgewater, April 27,1937, and grew up in East Clifford. Doran had
fond memories of traveling to B.C. and California in 1956-57.
He raised his family in Baker Settlement. Dump Trucks and
Backhoes became his livelihood, He spent many years playing in the
dirt with Robert and Andrew. After some health issues in his later
years he moved to Middlefield to Hillsview Acres where he enjoyed life
surrounded by great people. A special thanks to the staff
and volunteers as Hillsview Acres, the nursing staff at Queens General
Hospital, To Dora Sarty for her love and dedication to
Doran’s Care. There will be no visitation by
Doran’s request. Grave side service will be held 11:00am
Thursday September 13, 2018 in Baker Settlement Cemetery with Pastor
Paul Jensen presiding. Family flowers only, Memorial Donations may be
made to Baker Settlement Cemeteryor St. Paul’s
Lutheran Church, Bridgewater. On-line condolences may be
