Obituary of Donald Humberstone
Humberstone, Donald Brydon (Don). It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather peacefully at home on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018. A proud entrepreneur and successful businessman, Don was first and foremost a family man. He worked hard and he played hard. He was tough but fair and encouraged all of his children to be the best they could be. He loved life, a good laugh and was always the life of the party. He loved getting together with family and friends. Don, in his 87th year, leaves behind his loving wife of 62 years, Marilyn, a loving companion who never left his side. He was a loving father to Terry (Steve), Donna, Brian (Betty), Barry and John & proud grandfather to Ryan, Allan (Laura), Diana (John), Jenna (Cory), Mark (Mary), Clayton, Elyse (Rob), Laura (Keith), Lucas, Danny, Jackson and Harley Anne and adoring great grandfather to Nalla and Cian. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to Jane from Care Parntners, Mae (RN) from St. Elizabeth Nursing and Dr. Carson. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Georgetown Hospital or Cancer Assistance Services Halton Hills (CASHH) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
