It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Dianne Jean McLachlan in Vernon, BC on April 28th 2018.
Dianne passed away at the age of 71, after a courageous battle with cancer. She leaves behind her husband Greg McLachlan; her sons Chad, and Jeremy; step-son Darwin; her grandchildren Clinton, Dylan, Elisha, Sarah, Cory, Adeline; great-grandchildren Tyler and Olive; and her sister Lesley.
Dianne was born on August 24th 1946, to her father Arthur Howard and mother Jean Howard who predeceased her. She grew up in a loving family in Armstrong, where she spent all of her childhood, until venturing north to Prince George where she met her husband Greg, and where she had her sons.
Dianne was a devoted wife and mother, who loved to spend time in the garden, and among friends.
Dianne was surrounded by loved ones at the time of her passing, and wishes those looking to remember her please send donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in her name.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00p.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at St. James Anglican Church in Armstrong, BC.
