December 16, 1982 – May 25, 2018
With profound sadness, the family of the late Clinton Moroz announce his passing at St. Paul’s Hospital, Saskatoon, SK, on Friday, May 25, 2018, at the age of 35 years.
Clinton was born on December 16, 1982 to Bill and Colleen (Knight) Moroz at the Canora Hospital, Canora, SK. He grew up on the family farm, south of Hyas, SK. He received his education and graduated from Norquay School, Norquay, SK. Farming was Clinton’s life. Upon completion of grade 12, Clinton proudly continued to farm with his parents. He played an active role in the farming operations and was quite a “go-getter.” After quitting early for the night, he would proclaim to his dad, “there is still daylight left and things to get done.” Clinton loved to combine and had a special appreciation for straight combining. He worked hard, never complained and always put in the extra work effort to please his mom and dad.
Clinton was also very proud of his brother, Jason, and was very delighted in his achievements. He adored Jason’s wife, Christine and dearly loved to play with Jason and Christine’s children. A proud uncle, Clinton was quite enamoured with his two adorable nieces. He would cry when they left and anxiously awaited their next visit.
When his cousins, Dustin and Kendra came to visit, he enjoyed playing cards with them and his Baba. He loved his family so much and appreciated time spent with them. Always wanting to lend a helping hand, Clinton would help his mother in the garden to make things easier for her. Clinton had an empathetic heart of gold. He hated for anyone to feel pain in any way, especially where his parents were concerned. When his dad was very sick, he told him he wanted to take it away for himself, so his father wouldn’t have to suffer. A kid that everybody loved grew into and became a man who would always find the silver lining. He never complained, maintained a wonderful work ethic and had a smile that could melt your heart. Selflessly, he consistently worried more for others than himself.
More than he could ever comprehend, Clinton brought so much love and joy to his family. His soft, gentle nature will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Clinton will be lovingly remembered and forever loved by his parents, Bill and Colleen Moroz of Norquay, SK; brother, Jason (Christine) Moroz of Esterhazy, SK; nieces, Elizabeth and Alexandra; Baba, Stella Moroz of Hyas, SK; and his cousins, Dustin Moroz of Killam, AB, Kendra Moroz (Kevin Fales) of Vancouver, BC and Sharon (Murray) Walker of Yorkton, SK. A Prayer Service of Remembrance will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, May 28, 2017, at the Chapel of Leson’s Funeral Home, Canora, SK, with Very
