In Loving Memory of Clifford
HORTON, Clifford Glenn of Welland passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday January 2nd, 2018 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Gertrude (Hems) for 67 years; loving father of Keith (late Jayne), Sandra (Garry), Glen (Diane), Sharon (Ken), Wendy (Ron). Lovingly remembered by 15 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Clifford worked for 35 years at John Deere Welland Works. Fishing and woodworking were his passions. Family and friends are invited to visit the family at PLEASANTVIEW FUNERAL HOME 200 Merrittville Highway, Fonthill on Friday January 5 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with a funeral service on Saturday January 6 at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel officiated by Rev. Jeffrey Swords. As expression of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke or the Diabetes Association would be deeply appreciated by the family.
