WILFORD, Christina Bernice (nee Andrews)
Passed away, with her loving family by her side, at Pleasant Meadow Manor on Friday October 19, 2018. Dedicated employee of the Township of Asphodel-Norwood. Christina Wilford of Norwood in her 68 year. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth “Ken” Wilford (d. 2015). Loving mother of Andrea Wilford and Kendra Sedgwick (Ryan) all of Norwood. Cherished grandmother of Lilianna and Chloe. Survived by sisters Lorraine Radford (Paul), Wylanne Curry (Denton), sister-in-law Shirley Andrews and several nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by all of the Wilford family. Predeceased by parents Bill and Betty Andrews and brother Rod Andrews. Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, NORWOOD CHAPEL, 36 Queen Street, on Tuesday October 23, 2018 from 6:00-9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at 12:00 PM with visitation to commence one-hour prior. Interment Asphodel-Norwood Cemetery. Reception to follow at the Norwood Town Hall. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Sick Kids Foundation or Hospice Norwood and may be made by contacting the funeral home at www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or by calling 705-639-5322.
