Easton, Charles T. It is with heavy hearts that the family of Charles Easton announce his sudden passing at home on October 30, 2018. He was born in Fredericton Junction on March 28, 1946. Charlie was the son of the late Walter and Vivian Easton.
Charlie worked for Rowntree Chocolate in Saint John, NB. He also had a long career with D.O.T. working in Welsford, Fredericton, Chipman, and St. Stephen as an Operator Instructor. He was very active in the community, belonging to several organizations such as the Luxor Shriners, Fredericton Shrine Club, Cherry Mountain Lodge #50, East Long Loon lake Fishing Club, McCready Lake Sports Club, Wirral Community Organization, and NB Liberal Association. He was very involved in his church and belonged to the Patterson United Church Men’s Club.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Deborah (Charlton), daughter Sheri, son Jeffery (Amanda), very special granddaughter Brooklyn and special nephew Julien, two sisters; Nancy Cormier, Mary Ellen Easton, a brother Richard Easton (Frances), a sister in law Carol, and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, Charlie was also predeceased by his brother Paul Easton and a niece Rachael Cormier.
Visitations will be held at Sunbury Funeral Home on Friday November 2, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. The funeral Service will be held at the Patterson United Church on Saturday November 3, 2018 at 2pm. Donations in memory of Charlie may be given to the South Branch Cemetery , Shriner`s or a charity of your choice. Internment will follow in the South Branch Community Cemetery.
