1950-2018
It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, Kathy Adams, who passed away November 13, 2018 at the age of 68 years.
Kathy is lovingly remembered by her husband, Bill, two sons, Mark (Chantal) and Stephen (Alison), four grandchildren (Roy, Joscelynn, Avery, and Lucas), three siblings (Mary Anne, Joseph, and Francis) and step-father, Elmer Crouser. She was predeceased by her father, Anthony Verkljan, and mother, Anne Crouser (Verkljan).
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 23 at 1:00 pm at St. Andrew’s United Church, 1A Fieldstone Drive, Spruce Grove. Fellowship to follow the service at the church.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the medical and nursing staff of the Neuroscience ICU at the University of Alberta Hospital for their kind and compassionate care.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kathy’s honour to the Edmonton Hope Mission or the University Hospital Foundation.
