ROTMAN, William (Zev Ben Yitzchak) – With great sadness we announce the passing of Bill Rotman on Thursday December 27th, 2018. He was the loving husband of the late Sarah Rotman and a loving father and father-in-law to Judy Osten, Earl Rotman, and Ariella Rohringer. He was proud Zadie to Brandon Osten and Tara Levkoe, Mark Osten and Lisa Chodirker, Ryan and Nicole Osten, Jessica Rotman, Griffin Rotman and Cole Rotman. His family also included six Osten great grandchildren, Samara, Jordan, Ben, Logan, Sloane and Londyn. Bill also leaves his brother and sister-in-law Harold and Rivka Rotman. He was a Holocaust survivor predeceased by his parents Yitzchak and Devorah Rotman and his three brothers Zacharias, Gershon and Moishe Pinchus who all perished in the Holocaust. His funeral will take place Sunday December 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Beth Tzedec synagogue, 1700 Bathurst Street, Toronto. Shiva at 87 Old Forest Hill Road, Toronto. See www.benjamins.ca for times.
