Beverley Stewart Eddy of Nanton passed away at Claresholm Hospital on Jun 14, 2018 at the age of 87.
Beverley was born in Dinsmore, SK to Rev. Dr. Earl Eddy and Ethel Eddy (Huffman). He is survived by brothers; Douglas (Barbara), Stuart (Mary Ann), Sherwood (Carey); predeceased by his parents and sisters Betty Wesson and Helen Oughtred.
Bev’s career with the Bank of Nova Scotia spanned nearly 40 years – having been posted in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, the Bahamas and Barbados… before retiring in 1989 as General Manager, Commercial Credit – Prairie Region (Calgary).
A dedicated member of the United Church of Canada and the church choir, his presence will be missed by many. A Memorial Service will be held at Nanton-Parkland United Church at 2121 – 21 Street, Nanton, Alberta on Friday, June 29, at 2pm.
