BENNETT, Betty Lorraine (nee. Sharp)
With sadness the family announce Betty’s passing on Wednesday April 18, 2018 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. She was born in Oshawa on August 8, 1929 to the late Robert and Olive Sharp nee. McMullen and was preceded in death by her husband Walter Bennett (1978). Betty was the loving mother of Debra Toms nee. Bennett (Bill Checkett) and the late William Bennett (1980).
A Funeral Service was held on Friday April 20, 2018 and Betty has been laid to rest at Mount Lawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 21 Garrard Rd, Whitby. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Memories and condolences can be shared online in the guestbook above.
