Beatrice Miller-Gilmore
MILLER-GILMORE, Beatrice Ellen – Passed away at the Trenton Memorial Hospital, with her daughters & Nicole by her side on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018 at the age of 86. Daughter of the late Percy and Ella Scarlett. Pre-deceased by her first husband Burton Miller (1998) and second husband Robert Gilmore (2017). Devoted mother and best-friend to her four daughters, Karen Irvine (Randy), Vicki Morton (Gary), Tracy Coon (Don) all of Trenton and Alison Krause (Arnim) of Brighton and step-daughters Joanne Bunker (Ron) of Brighton and Patricia Gibbs (Bob) of Trenton. Survived by her sister Barbara Kendrick (Gord) of Surrey, B.C., and sister-in-law’s Lorraine Scarlett, Patricia Weeks, and Sharron Robinson. Pre-deceased by brother Clarence Scarlett (late Marion) and brother Glen Scarlett. Beatrice will be sadly missed by all of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She will also be fondly remembered by many close friends, extended family members and she will be remembered as a “mother figure” to many. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place. All are welcome to attend a graveside service at St. George’s Cemetery, Trenton (2nd Dughill Rd.) on Saturday, June 9th, 2018 at 1:00p.m. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.
