Carter (nee Isbister), Anita Pearl – Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock hospital on Thursday, June 28, 2018 in her 91st year. Loving wife of the late Russell Carter. Beloved mother of Debra Buchanan (Rob), Karen Carter (Rick), Jeffrey Carter (Marie) and Mary Jane Harper (Steve). Dear grandmother of Marsha (Jeff) Forman, Matthew (Sarah) Buchanan, Natasha Daly (Anthony), Russell Carter and Sarah Carter. Proud great grandmother of Sam, Nick and Ben Forman. Cherished Sister of Lorna Hale and Mary Toth. Predeceased by her siblings Phyllis Isbister, Bill Isbister and James Hall. From the heart of her great granddaughter, Sam, “Most people are a straight line, but my great grandmother was a wavy line.” Unique. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire, Ave. Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Thursday, July 5th, from 6pm until 9pm. An interment will take place at a later date at the Innerkip Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society, the London Health Science Centre or the Woodstock Hospital would be appreciated, and may be arranged through the funeral home.
