It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of Angela Faye Rebalkin who lost her long battle with cancer on June 17, 2018. Angela was born in Calgary, Alberta to Percy and Loreta Ketchum and as a family they moved to Fernie in 1980. There she met and married Steven Rebalkin; and brought their 2 amazing boys into the world, then moved to Kelowna in 2010. Angela is survived by her husband, Steven Rebalkin; son Adam (Monica, Connor and Aria); son David;… Read More » siblings Karen (Merrick, Kimberlee and Jodi) Wilton; Rock Ketchum; Vivian Hedrich (Lori, Kristopher, Dylan and Shayla Gullason); Kelly Ketchum (Mandy, Mike, Cyrus, Daisy and Brianna Trottier, Ben and Jeannette Ketchum); Tim (Peg) Ketchum; and in-laws, Sylvia Rebalkin, Cecil and Margaret (Nathan, Aaron and Crystal) Samsonoff.
A celebration of Angela’s life will be held on July 14, 2018 at the OK Mission Activity Centre (Sarsons Beach) in Kelowna, BC. at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. “For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16. Rest in Peace, Angela. You will be forever missed.
