Aleta Elizabeth (Brown) Rea
Rea (Brown), Aleta Elizabeth, age 81, of Dartmouth, passed away on December 9, 2018 in the Dartmouth General Hospital.
Born in Parrsboro, she was a daughter of the late Clenneth and Gertrude (Fraser) Brown.
Aleta worked with MT & T for many years. She also moved to Newfoundland with her husband where they lived in Harbour Breton and Marystown. She was active as a volunteer with the PC party and with Big Brothers and Big Sisters and was a friend of Bill.
Aleta is survived by sister-in-law Judy Brown; and many nieces and nephews and close friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Bawne in 1992; siblings, Floyd (Doris), Chris, Gwen (Blaine) Gertridge, Delores Brown, and Karen in infancy.
Visitation will be held from 1-2 pm on Thursday December 13th with the funeral service immediately following at 2pm in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street, Dartmouth, Reverend Neil Bergman officiating. Burial in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Reception to follow in the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to Hope for Wildlife.
